Our Playing with Letters Camp is a fun and engaging social communication and literacy program designed for children ages 4–7 years. Throughout the week, children will build play skills, practice communicating with peers, and strengthen early literacy abilities through interactive activities centered around the theme of friendship. Using stories, books, games, and hands-on learning experiences, campers will explore important communication skills such as taking turns, sharing ideas, problem-solving, and building connections with others — all while having fun in a supportive and playful environment.

Are you worried your child is falling behind in reading and writing or losing skills over the summer months? Literacy on the Lawn is an exciting summer language and literacy camp led by Speech-Language Pathologists for children ages 4–7 who need extra help building confidence with early reading and writing. Grounded in the Science of Reading, the program supports both language and literacy skills through stories, games and crafts that make learning meaningful and motivating. Children will strengthen skills such as phonemic awareness, CVC word reading and writing, vocabulary development,  listening comprehension, and story sequencing in a small-group environment designed to help prevent the “summer slide” while keeping learning positive and engaging.

Keep your child’s reading and writing skills growing all summer long with Literacy on the Lawn: Book Buddies! Through engaging stories, hands-on crafts, and interactive games, children (ages 7-9 years) will build confidence in literacy skills while having fun with peers. It’s the perfect way to support learning over the summer and help make the transition back to school in September feel smoother and more successful.
